​Present Moment Calm is all about feeling heard and understood. As a therapist, the thing that I prioritize most in sessions with my clients is allowing them a safe space where they are able to be themselves.
Healing isn’t linear and everyone heals differently. I practice from a neurodivergent affirming and trauma informed lens, helping clients navigate their journey, at their own pace.
